REFUND POLICY

Everything we sell is made to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a regular store.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or embroidery defect, or isn't the item or size you ordered, we'll replace it for free. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you.

To start, email Hello@offsuitclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Change of mind and sizing

Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.

Cancellations

Production starts quickly. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once production has started, we can't cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
