Every Offsuit Club piece is printed or embroidered to order just for you. Here's how shipping works.
Production time
Your order goes into production right after you place it. Production takes about 2–5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Delivery time
- United States: about 3–5 business days after your order ships. Most US orders arrive within about 5–10 business days of ordering.
- International: delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. Expect international orders to take longer than US orders.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather and holidays.
Shipping rates
- United States: $8.79 flat rate per order.
- International: a flat rate per order based on your country, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by the destination country. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts quickly, contact us right away if you need to fix it. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking stops moving or your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, email us and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
